Alison grew up in the Denver area and has lived in Northern Colorado for the past 15 years, her
studies have focus on pre-med, exercise science, nutrition, kinesiology and physiology.
She holds a national certification with the American Council on Exercise and a world wide certification as a Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist.
She has recently decided to move her practice closer to home. She is dedicated to her family and to helping her clients achieve a healthy, active, pain-free life.
